James, Billy & Glen were absolutely amazing when they came to pack up our house. They took extra time on the fragile items, and yet were still efficient, professional, were careful with our items, and friendly. They are the best moving experience we’ve ever had.I would recommend these three any day.

James and Gavin were super nice and professional when delivering our HHG and unaccompanied baggage from overseas. They verified we had all of our boxes, took things to where I wanted them in the home. Some extra guys came later in the day to help them finish up the job and were also very friendly as well. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience with Apaca 🙂 thanks!

Movers were very nice and helpful. Took out my old boxes for me which was so sweet. There was a mess up with the paperwork but it was nothing that affected my stuff.

Did a great job getting my stuff unpacked and putting my couches together.Edit: was told to make an appointment to have them pickup leftover boxes and debris post delivery and it wouldn't be a problem as long as I put it by my door on Monday(9 Sep). Guess they were to busy to come back to get it so by Friday(13 Sep) I just ended up throwing it away myself.They did their job and met requirements.

Nice guys, very appreciative of their taking the time to verify our items were marked off as entering the home and delivering it to which room I requested. They unwrapped stuff without having to ask and were happy to unpack the boxes I requested. After a hellacious move, I really was appreciative.

I was impressed with how many people they sent to pack us out. It went much faster and smother than I expected. All the packers were friendly. No issues with the packing. I will have a different shipper, so I can't speak to that.

We recently had 3 shipments delivered to our house. Everyone was so polite and made sure to ask where we wants things and what things we wanted hooked up. I was especially impressed with Johnathon, he came all three times and was so professional and kind. You immediately feel like he’s a trust worthy friend. We hope when we eventually have to move we have just as great as an experience. Thank you!

The receptionist is incredibly rude, and uncooperative.The movers though, are amazing! We had them out this morning and they showed up, unloaded, and took off. We had to complete a claims form due to damage from the actual loading and they helped get it all written out. You'd get more business and better reviews if you would hire better office help; Somebody who has just an ounce of common decency or even basic, polite interaction skills.
